Presidential Request

Thank you for your interest in meeting with President Volnick.

The President's staff attempts to schedule as many meetings and events as her schedule allows. In light of the demands on the President’s time and her busy travel schedule, it is not possible for her to accept all meeting requests. Please submit your request a minimum of 30 days prior to the meeting/event date.

Meeting and event requests are reviewed with the President. Depending on the topic of the meeting or scheduling conflicts, individuals may be referred to another appropriate university official, so that the request is dealt with in a timely and respectful manner.

Please submit a separate request for each meeting or event. Please also provide any supplemental materials regarding your event or meeting at this time.

Responses to meeting requests will be received within five to seven business days via email.

Event/Meeting Briefing Memo

Upon acceptance of the meeting or event invitation, please complete a briefing memo. This should include all pertinent information on who is attending the event or meeting, as well as an agenda. Completed briefing materials should be sent via email to dukate@fau.edu at least seven days prior to the event.
