The President's staff attempts to schedule as many meetings and events as the President’s schedule allows. In light of the demands on the President’s time and his busy travel schedule, it is not possible for him to accept all meeting requests. Please submit your request a minimum of 30 days prior to the meeting/event date.
Meeting and event requests are reviewed with the President and, depending on the topic of the meeting or scheduling conflicts, individuals may be referred to another appropriate university official so that the request is dealt with in a timely and respectful manner.

Responses to meeting requests will be received within 5 to 7 business days via email.
Upon acceptance of the meeting or event invitation, please complete a briefing memo. This should include all pertinent information on those attending the event or meeting as well as an agenda. Completed briefing materials should be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 7 days prior to the event.
