FAU Tailgate Safety

How about that great football game last weekend? The Owls were on fire as they beat USF 28-10, setting the stage for an exciting match-up with Middle Tennessee this Saturday, Sept. 21. This will be our first home game of the season, and I hope to see FAU Stadium packed to the rafters with screaming Owl fans! Kick-off will be at noon.

Winning is important, and we’re all hoping for another big FAU victory, but right now I want to talk to you about something much more important, and that’s safety. The University has a no-tolerance policy for under-age drinking at events both on and off campus. No exceptions! I urge you to familiarize yourself with the rules by reading the full alcohol and tailgating policy.

To download a brochure that will tell you everything you need to know on game day, including what can and cannot be brought into FAU Stadium, please click here.

For free admission to the game, students must present valid FAU IDs along with their pre-printed tickets. For instructions on printing your tickets, please click here.
