Research - Her work has focused on the use of restorative justice (RJ) to address harm in both justice and educational systems, in community settings, and as a strategy to reduce radically disproportionate school discipline and court outcomes. Currently, her research and writing are now focused on exploring the nexus between restorative justice, racial justice, and trauma-responsive systems of care. She words with schools and school districts to design and implement restorative school climate, culture and disciplinary systems.
