Courtesy Email Addresses

A courtesy email can be authorized for those working closely with FAU. To create the account, provide the following information in the ticket: first and last name of the user, date of birth, a brief justification for the account. Courtesy accounts are active for one year at a time. The department must submit a ticket to request the account be renewed after the year is up.

Courtesy and departmental e-mail account requests must come from the department head or designated representative. A request must be submitted through the online Help Desk (http://helpdesk.fau.edu)
