Graduate Information Sessions
The Graduate College has created hour-long information sessions to provide you with an overview of Florida Atlantic University and our graduate admissions process. These monthly sessions will take place on select Thursdays throughout the year from 5:00 to 6:15 p.m. These sessions will be held in the Undergraduate Admissions Theatre (room 125) on the first floor of the Student Support Services Building on the Boca Raton campus.
Upcoming Information Session Dates
Due to coronavirus (COVID-19), the remaining Spring 2020 Information Sessions have been cancelled in accordance with University updates: www.fau.edu/coronavirus
We are exploring virtual alternatives to these information sessions at this time. Thank you for your patience.
For students seeking academic advising from specific programs, departmental contact information will be provided. Please contact Jordan Hession at email@example.com or 561.297.1213 if you have any questions.
Note: The dates, locations, and times of the information sessions are subject to change. Any changes to the information session will be communicated via email.
If reasonable accommodation(s) for a disability is required, contact Jordan Hession at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please make your needs known at least five days prior to the event for effective accommodations.
If you are an individual with a disability and need accommodations please register for services with Student Accessibility Services (SAS). Details on how and where to register for services can be found on the SAS website https://www.fau.edu/sas/future/index.php. All students must complete the Application for Support Services and submit with documentation of their disability on the online portal. SAS will process the application and contact the student to schedule an intake interview to discuss their accommodation needs. SAS requires that this information be provided at least two weeks prior to the beginning of your Graduate College Meeting, so that we have sufficient time to set up the accommodations requested.
