Materials

Our program reserves the right to retain any and all submitted materials for which honoraria have been awarded. Normally, our Calls to Artists will specify whether or not the committee has voted to award honoraria for proposals submitted by finalists. The State Guide says this:

"Agencies purchasing presentations or proposals will retain ownership rights for all original presentation or proposal materials and artists should not expect the return of those materials. Agencies that do not purchase presentations or proposals will not retain these rights. An agency which has purchased presentations or proposals may reserve the right to return the proposal materials after use, retaining only photographic documentation of materials. In this case, artists should include postage for the return of their materials."

Slides will only be returned after the selection process has been completed and only if sufficient postage and a self-addressed package have been provided by the artist.
CDs with digital images will be discarded and will not be returned to the artist.
