Citations will not appear on Banner/student accounts until the fifteenth (15th) calendar day after issuance of the citation, because appeals are allowed within fourteen (14) calendar days of the issue date of the citation.
Please note that if you did not link the vehicle cited to your parking portal, you must click the “Make Payment Before 15 Days of Issuance” option as the citation will not have linked to your payment accounts. If you added the vehicle to your account, waited twenty-four hours for the transfer to occur, and do not see that the citation is transferring to your account, reach out to us via email with the citation number and your FAU ZNumber.
