Troubleshooting tips:

If you are accessing training from a computer:

  • Make sure you are using a recent version of  Google Chrome. If you have any pending updates, they may need to be completed to move forward with training.
  • Clear your browser’s cache, which is typically located under your browser's history settings.
  • Restart your browser. Note: On a Mac you’ll need to fully quit the browser.
  • It is possible that device-specific browser extensions and/or pop-up blockers may be interfering with your training. Try accessing the training from another browser to rule out this possibility.
  • Try using an Incognito Mode browser window. Once you have an Incognito window open on your browser, log into your account and then launch the training.

If you are accessing training from a mobile device:
Our system is compatible with many mobile devices; however, some users may have personal configurations that prevent certain courses from loading. FAQs

At Florida Atlantic, we are committed to health, safety, and wellbeing of our students, faculty, and staff. Vector Solution's Sexual Assault Prevention course is a 2-part module which underscores critical skills to preventing campus sexual violence, including identifying warning signs of (un)healthy relationships, using healthy communication skills, recognizing consent or lack of, bystander intervention, and identifying resources available to students in response to critical issues such as dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, and sexual harassment. The Vector Solutions course you receive is tailored to match your experience as a traditional undergraduate student under the age of 25, adult learner, or graduate student.

Part 1 is a roughly 1-hour interactive module in which students practice decisions in engaging scenarios, explore tips to improve their relationships with others on campus, and become familiar with university policies & services. An invitation to complete Part 2 will arrive in your student email inbox 30 days after the completion of Part 1. Part 2 is your opportunity to demonstrate how you used skills you learned to make FAU a safe and respectful learning environment for all. The second module will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. FAU students are expected to complete both modules 1 and 2 to satisfy the course requirement.
