Transfer Students with 30+
Post-Secondary College Credits

Congratulations on your acceptance to Florida Atlantic University. We are so excited to have you continue your academic pursuits as part of the Owl family. The Office of New Student Orientation and Transfer Student Services is here to help you transition from your previous institution.

All new incoming transfer students are required to complete an online pre-orientation and attend a one-day on campus orientation session. The Transfer Orientation program is designed to help with your transition to FAU. Transfer students with 30+ Post-Secondary College credit participate in Transfer Orientation. Our most recent Transfer Orientation Scholarship Recipient is Sovanize Andre!

Sovanize comes to FAU from Broward College and is now studying Heath Administration for a future in the Medical field. Sovanize’s favorite part of orientation was the disarming stage, where she was able to learn more about herself and other’s during her orientation. Winning this scholarship is a blessing, as it will help her pay for tuition, buy textbooks and more! Sovanize is confident that transferring to FAU was the best decision she’s ever made and is so glad to be a part of the Owl Family! Hoot Hoot!
