   o  Do these plans support the mission of the university and the campus?
   o  Is this plan consistent with the strategic plan?
   o  Will this plan meet FTE projections?
   o  Is this plan financially sound?  Do we know the cost?  Is it covered by revenues?
   o  How do these plans meet the needs of the students?
