UPDATED INFO FOr TICKET HOLDERS FOR TO FALL IN LOVE BY JENNIFER LANE:

Friends,

I want to start by thanking you for your patience and understanding as we navigated the uncertainties of the 2020-21 season. I’m thrilled to share with you that Theatre Lab is returning to a full-season of programming for 2021-22 - including the long-awaited remount of To Fall In Love by Jennifer Lane.

We can now confidently announce that our 2021-22 Mainstage Season will open with the remount of this production (Nov. 20-Dec 12)!

As promised, existing tickets will be honored for the production’s new dates. As a courtesy to you, and to thank you again for your patience and support, we are providing existing ticket-holders with a window to exchange their tickets for dates during the upcoming season PRIOR to opening up ticket sales to the general public. In order to claim your tickets for the new dates, please contact the FAU Box Office and request one of the following options prior to August 1, 2021.

fauboxoffice@fau.edu or 561-297-6124 M-F 10am-6pm

  • A simple exchange of your existing tickets for showtimes during the new dates. Rebookings are done on a first-come, first-serve basis. We will do all we can to accommodate your requests, but cannot guarantee availability on any specific date/time.
  • A Season Subscription to our 2021-22 Mainstage Season including To Fall In Love and two additional world-premiere productions.
    • If you select this option, the box office will issue a credit for your existing tickets toward the price of a 2021-22 Mainstage Subscription ($99)
    • As an added “thank you”, for each season subscription purchased, we’ll provide you with a complimentary ticket to our upcoming World Premiere Heckscher Theatre for Families production of The Impracticality of Modern-Day Mastodons by Rachel Teagle (Sept 4-19).  This larger-than-life show will be produced in the University Theatre and features a 10’X12’ Mastodon puppet designed by Jim Hammond, former puppet-master for Broadway’s The Lion King!
  • If you are unable to attend the remount: you can contact the box office via email (fauboxoffice@fau.edu) to exchange your ticket for a credit (credit is equal to the original amount paid for the tickets). This credit can be applied to any other event during the 2021-22 season. Exchanging your ticket releases the seat for the remounted production. Should you decide to attend the remount of the production, you will have to purchase a new ticket.
  • For those of you looking to support Theatre Lab and our future programming, you can contact the box office via email (fauboxoffice@fau.edu) and donate your ticket back to us. A donation of this kind can support us in two ways: keeping our existing budgets intact and enabling us to resell that seat during the remount.
  • If you are unhappy with both the options above, you can email us at theatrelab@fau.edu.  We are committed to finding a solution that works for you.

Thank you for your patience, faith, and support.  We look forward to seeing you again at The Lab!

Best,

Matt Stabile & The Team at The Lab
