My name is Annabelle Campbell, and I am a Ph.D. student in FAU’s Culture, Society and Politics program. I am interested in studying political economy, interpretations and responses to oppression and exploitation, and power relations. Outside of FAU, I enjoy hiking with my husky Rollo, axe-throwing, and watching anything Viking related.

I am available in FAU’s University Center for Excellence in Writing as the Sociology Department’s Writing Consultant. The purpose of my role is to assist undergraduate sociology majors become more reflective readers and more self-sufficient crafters of their written work. In the UCEW, I am available for one-on-one appointments with students to assist with things like understanding assignments, writing discussion posts, outlining papers, developing written arguments, and learning how to appropriately cite sources. I am here to help!

I will be available for in-person or remote appointments on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Full schedule below:

●      Tuesdays - 10:15 am – 1:00 pm

●      Thursdays - 10:15 am – 1:00 pm

●      Fridays – 1:15 – 5:00 pm

You can schedule an appointment with me using the following link. Once you are registered and reach the UCEW’s scheduling platform, you will need to select the SOCIOLOGY CAMPUS option to schedule an appointment directly with me.
