Dr. Prier received his undergraduate degree from The University of Florida in Political Science and his graduate degree from Florida State University. As an empirical theorist with a substantial background in political methodology and survey research, his published scholarly work has focused on public procurement policy issues. As a regular presenter at national and international conferences, Professor Prier’s current research agenda focuses on the barriers to enhancing public procurement outcomes and accountability.
