Amy Broderick

Amy Broderick, MFA, Visual Arts and History, currently has several community exhibitions. Her solo exhibition, Office Hours , at Arts Warehouse in Delray Beach, curated by Arts Warehouse Director Grace Gdaniec, features new works on paper that explore the relationship between bureaucracy and innovation and the beautiful creative potential of repetitive action. She also curated an exhibition at Arts Garage, also in Delray Beach.  Introducing Us: FAU Painting and Drawing Student Exhibition features new work by 38 current undergraduate students in the painting and drawing program.  This exhibition is part of the robust fine and performing arts programming at Arts Garage. Meanwhile, another current solo exhibition, Gathered Atlas , is on display at Resource Depot in West Palm Beach.  She also offered a highly successful three-day immersive studio workshop in conjunction with the exhibition.

Broderick will also be engaged in two more public events in the coming weeks. She has been invited to lead the next meeting of Thoughtful Review , a monthly professional development event

Finally, Broderick continues to pursue an active program of group exhibitions, including four exhibitions opening in the coming months with additional exhibition and funding proposals currently under review and new work and new ideas always developing both in her own studio and in her classes.
