Prof. Taylor Hagood to Appear on Coffee, Country, and Cody on May 2 to Celebrate Publication of Stringbean

On May 2 at 9am EST, Professor Taylor Hagood will appear on 650 AM, WSM Radio in Nashville, Tennessee for an interview about his book, Stringbean: The Life and Murder of a Country Music Legend (available May 2).

WSM—one of the oldest and biggest radio stations in country music—is legendary. In addition to airing the Grand Ole Opry since 1925, it's airwaves have played every country music star from Hank Williams and Patsy Cline to today's pop-country crossovers like Blake Shelton and Carrie Underwood.

Hagood will appear on the the morning show "Coffee, Country, and Cody," at 9am EST (8am CST). The morning show—now in its 15th year—is led by Bill Cody, a member of the Country Music Disc Jockey Hall of Fame and former Opry announcer.
