Minors and Certificates

MINORS are official programs of study; when completed, they are noted on the student’s official transcript. They can only be declared as part of your bachelor’s degree.

CERTIFICATES are noted on the student's transcript, but they do not require the completion of a bachelor’s degree to be recorded. In addition, students receive a document to note the completion of the program. Some certificate courses may not be covered by financial aid, students should meet with their academic advisor to see if the courses can be covered under aid applicability.
