Advising Appointments - College of Arts & Letters
To schedule an advising appointment on campus or via Skype for Business, please use the Student Success Network: www.fau.edu/successnetwork/

Please call our office atif you have any other general questions that cannot be resolved through an advising appointment or walk-in session.
Skype for Business
Please review the instructions (video tutorial or PDF) well in advance of your appointment time. There are steps you must take prior to then to ensure you have the correct software and hardware to use this advising format.
How to download Skype for Business:
- Go to office365.com
- Click on “Sign In” at top right hand corner
- Use your full FAU email address (“firstname.lastname@example.org”) for the sign in field, click “Next”
- Click on “Work or school account”
- Use your My FAU Net ID (this is the first part of your FAU email address before the “@”) and password to log in
- Click on “Install Office” and then choose “Other install options” from the drop down menu
- Click on “View Apps & Devices”
- Click on “Install Skype”

Student Academic Services on the Boca Raton campus offers advisement for students with 30 or more credits. All students below 30 credits must go to University Advising Services at www.fau.edu/uas.

Limited appointment availability may be possible for students based at the Jupiter campus taking Arts and Letters coursework on that campus. For availability, please contact your assigned primary academic advisor. You can find your primary academic advisor by logging on to the Success Network.©
