Federal Government Shutdown Impact on Proposals Submission and Awards Management Guidance
The Division of Research is closely monitoring the government shutdown. Based on a recent Nature article, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the U.S. Department of Energy, excluding the Office of Science, are not affected by the shutdown since they are funded for the entire Fiscal Year 19, other agencies are not.
