Exercise Apps, ideas & chair yoga study:

the Peloton App is awesome to get motivated at home. Group classes - even though you can't see them, it holds you accountable. I used to hate working out at home until I did this. I love the app, DownDog for yoga. They have reduced fees for .edu email addresses. If you've never done Yoga NIdra, give it a try. It seems a little bizarre, but its the only time my mind stops When I go out walking, I have a friend who walks in her own neighborhood and we become walking buddies by phone. Dr. Juyoung Park is working on a study of Chair Yoga for older adults with dementia. If you know anyone who might benefit from this, contact Dr. Park at jpark14@fau.edu for more information.
