You must first have Banner HR Security established before EPAF security can be granted.

Select the role the user will be performing in the EPAF system:
Originator – can only create new EPAF transactions, but cannot approve EPAF records.
Approver or Proxy  – can approve or acknowledge EPAF transactions.
Superuser – reserved for Human Resources

Select the appropriate approver level – for Approvers Only
Supervisor / Primary Investigator (PI)
Chair/Center Director
Associate – Assistant Dean / Director
Preliminary Reviewer (before the Dean/Director level)
Dean/Director
Higher Executive Level
Division of Research
HR – Classification & Compensation
HR – Student Employment
HR – Processing and Records

Please check the EPAF groups that the user will need access to in the system.  (Note: This access must be equal to what you have been granted in Banner HR Security through Human Resources.)
