Doctor of Nursing Practice Project Presentations

Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) students showcased their scholarly projects at the Boca Raton campus on Monday, December 8 for an event featuring lightning round talks for faculty, staff and guests. The students’ quality improvement studies ranging from mental health, obesity and Alzheimer’s disease to opioid use and fall prevention were highlighted in podium and poster presentations. The projects aim to influence nursing practice, policy and education with new knowledge to improve health care delivery and disease prevention. Several presenters received the following graduate student awards during the program:
