Nursing IT Overview
Welcome to the Nursing IT Office at the College of Nursing! We provide a comprehensive set of technology tools aligned to support innovative and transformational education and research. We provide tools to support faculty and staff members of the college, as well as tools to target specific areas of research, education, and eLearning. We pride ourselves on our service to the college and the faculty, staff, and researchers that support our students. The Support for College of Nursing services is all handled in-house by our ticketing system.
This Web site was created to serve as a central location to find resources, policies, and guidelines that address IT concerns for the College. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us at nurhelp@health.fau.edu.
Email Encryption has been enabled for all College of Nursing workforce members (@health.fau.edu email addresses). Encrypted email is designed to enhance our security measures and protect our information systems, confidential, sensitive, and personal data
All CON workforce members may send encrypted emails to any recipient regardless of the recipient address (inside or outside of FAU).
How does it work?When creating a new email, simply insert "[safe]" in the subject line, without the quotes.
