Message from the Chair
We prepare the next generation of doctors and allied health professionals to advance healthcare through the practice of evidence-based medicine while fostering patient safety and the principles of quality improvement.
Our areas of faculty expertise include Neurology, Neurosurgery, Psychiatry, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, and basic Neuroscience studies.
Our department has a strong focus on educating clinicians and scientists in undergraduate medical education (M.D.) through clerkships for the Schmidt College of Medicine, as well as, graduate medical education (GME) through our Neurology residency and Psychiatry residency programs.
