Prior to coming to Florida Atlantic University, Brendan worked at Kansas State University as an advisor, at International Studies Abroad with faculty-led programs, and at Georgia State University as an advisor. Brendan earned a BA in Sport Management, MA in International Affairs, and MS in Higher Education from the Florida State University.
While at Florida State, Brendan spent a total of 21 months as a student and employee at the FSU study centers in London, Florence, and Valencia. In London, he spent time as a student (undergraduate and graduate) and then as a Graduate Counselor/Teaching Assistant. As a graduate counselor, Brendan worked with faculty and staff to plan and implement cultural activities and excursions and as a TA, he dove right into the program academics. While working as a Resident Assistant at the FSU Florence Study Center, Brendan served in an administrative and advisory role, really getting to know what students want and need abroad. Brendan visited many countries in Europe as a part of his studies and also as a backpacker; even making his way to Israel. Brendan looks forward to drawing from his personal experiences to assist FAU students on study abroad opportunities!

Lindsay studied abroad in London, England in the summer of 2016 on a faculty-led program through Florida State University, where she made lifelong friendships and picked up the travel bug. After graduating from Florida State University with degrees in Communications and Spanish she returned to London to work at FSU’s London study centre. There, she helped students explore her favorite city and take advantage of all London has to offer, and working abroad sparked her interest in international education. As a Study Abroad Coordinator, Lindsay manages several faculty-led and exchange programs and advises students in choosing their study abroad adventure. Though she’s a little biased towards London, she’s excited to help FAU students find the program that’s right for them.

During her study abroad time, she enjoyed travelling to other countries and exploring the city of London as a local. Outside of study abroad, she has travelled to many different countries throughout Europe and Africa.
