EQUIPMENT CHECKOUT

Equipment check is available at the Rec Desk inside the Recreation and Fitness Center. Items intended for use within the facility have a 24 hour checkout window. Users are subject to payment penalty if equipment is not returned in a timely manner. Recently, the Department of Campus Recreation added outdoor equipment rental to the options available for patrons. This equipment is available for advance reservation for multiple days, and carries a cost for the rental. More information can be found below.

Fees for Lost Damaged Equipment

While our rates assume some wear and tear will occur during use, renters are responsible for the cost of repairing any damaged equipment or replacing lost items. The lost/damaged fee will not exceed the purchase price of the item.

Late Fees

Students/Members will be charged the daily rental rate for each day the equipment is past due.
If equipment was reserved by another party & not available for their use, the renter will be charged the cost of the other party’s reservation.
