Tina Vidal-Duart serves as Chief Executive Officer of CDR Health Care and is Co-Owner and Executive Vice President of CDR Companies, Inc., a diversified enterprise supporting healthcare, infrastructure, and emergency response services in partnership with federal, state, and local agencies. She has also developed personalized healthcare offerings through Valere, a women’s health business focused on hormone optimization and metabolic care.

Vidal-Duart is a healthcare executive with more than 25 years of experience across healthcare operations, emergency response, corporate restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. She began her career at Pacer Health Corporation, where she managed distressed hospitals and healthcare systems and held senior leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Business Development.

During the COVID-19 response, she played a leadership role in Florida’s emergency healthcare operations, including serving as the contracted Chief Executive Officer of the State of Florida COVID-19 Infectious Disease Field Hospital System. Under her leadership, CDR Health Care supported large-scale public health programs including more than 3 million vaccinations, over 4 million diagnostic tests, approximately 150,000 monoclonal antibody treatments, and more than 250,000 refugee health assessments across multiple states.

In addition to her executive roles, Vidal-Duart is active in civic and institutional leadership. She serves as Chair of the Florida Grand Opera and Vice Chair of the Miami-Dade Homeless Trust and is a member of the Florida Atlantic University Board of Trustees. Her board and advisory work focus on expanding access to healthcare, education, and community-based services, with an emphasis on long-term institutional impact.

Her leadership has been recognized through multiple industry and civic honors, including being named to City & State’s Healthcare Power 100 and Florida Power 100, as well as Top 100 Most Influential Women in Politics. She has also received the FIU Torch Award and has been recognized as Philanthropist of the Year by Social Miami.

She holds a Master’s Degree in International Business, summa cum laude, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Marketing, magna cum laude.
