The third Data Science, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence Conference will be held virtually on Saturday, November 14, 2020. As with past conferences, we want to offer a platform for conversations on data science, analytics, and AI across the boundaries of academia, government, and business. We invite thirty-minute presentations dedicated to use cases, demonstrations, original research, or other conversation topics that help to bring researchers and users of data science and AI in South Florida and beyond closer together. Also, we are accepting student poster presentation proposals for consideration at the submission link below.

Share Industry or Academic Expertise  |  Network With Fellow Experts Across Business, Academia, and Government  |  Showcase the Latest Trends  |  Engage With the Data Science, Analytics, and AI Community 

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

  • Data Science & Analytics
  • Automated Reasoning
  • Artificial Intelligence
  • Machine Learning

This includes applications of these techniques in Business, Medicine, Sports, Education, and beyond.


Presentation Proposal Submission Deadline: Monday, August 17, 2020


Required Format and Submission Instructions

All presentation proposals for contributed virtual breakout sessions are to be submitted and received by Monday, August 17, 2020 (11:59 p.m. ET). 

Submissions must be prepared in LaTeX or Microsoft Word using the EasyChair templates, and uploaded in PDF format. Submissions not complying with these guidelines can be rejected at the discretion of the program committee. Each submission will be reviewed by at least two reviewers.

  • It is required that the title and the abstract be no more than 20 lines single spaced (combined).
  • All lines of the abstract, including title, author(s) names and institutions should be the same font size.
  • Please use font size 12.
  • The title of the paper must appear on the first line.
  • The author(s) name and institution must appear on the second line.
  • There should be no unnecessary blank spaces.
  • Indicate the presenter(s) of multiple author(s) papers with an asterisk (*).
  • Do not include the word, "ABSTRACT."
