FITNESS ASSESSMENT CONSULTATION

  • Resting Measurements (i.e. Heart Rate & Blood Pressure)
  • Body Composition & Circumference Measurements
  • Functional Movement Assessment
  • Cardiovascular Assessment
  • Strength Assessment

CARDIO TRAINING CONSULTATION

  • Cardio Equipment Orientation
  • Training Plan (to help you reach your fitness goals)

RESISTANCE TRAINING CONSULATION

  • Machine or Cable Orientation
  • Free Weight Orientation
  • Training Plan (to help you reach your fitness goals)

 

SCHEDULE YOUR ASSESSMENT


All appointments are scheduled in 30-minute time blocks.
We offer these appointments on Mondays and Fridays only

Mondays 5-7 p.m.
Fridays 11-1 p.m.

Same day appointments are not available.
