FAU's School of Architecture in the College for Design and Social Inquiry was recently gifted a Frank Lloyd Wright collection by Donald and Elaine Singer.

Compared with the peak of the last real estate cycle in the summer of 2006, Palm Beach County is not nearly as overheated in terms of pricing and is experiencing far less downward pressure on the demand for home ownership. In July 2006, the county was 66 percent above its long-term pricing trend.

FAU neuroscientists and collaborators found a surprising response to cocaine in a novel strain of mutant mice - they failed to show hyperactivity seen in normal mice when given cocaine and didn't run around.

Overall, 71 percent of Hispanics said they are financially better off today than a year ago, up nine points from the third quarter of 2018 (62 percent). Looking at the year ahead, 74 percent of Hispanics indicated they will be better off over the next year, up slightly from 72 percent in the third quarter.
