College of Education Field Experience
The Office for Academic and Student Services (OASS) provides the connection between our students and local service school districts. Our current relationships exist with the following School Districts: Broward, Palm Beach, Indian River, St. Lucie, Martin, and Okeechobee. As part of our teacher preparation program requirements, students participate in varied field experiences, practicum, and student teaching placements within school district classrooms.

Getting Placed is Easy!
STEP 1: Apply for Placement
STEP 2: Submit Evidence of Security Clearance to Our Office Each Semester
Applications for field experience and practicum placements open when registration begins for the semester.
All Applications and Security Clearance must be submitted by:
- FALL: November 1st
- SPRING: March 1st
