Onboarding new employees is crucial in building and maintaining a strong and healthy organizational culture. Utilizing Appreciative Education in onboarding practices allows new and existing staff members to build relationships, engage with the community, increase job satisfaction, and ultimately assist in new hire retention. Join us for this panel discussion in which representatives from four different offices and institutions will share their unique approaches to utilizing Appreciative Education in their onboarding practices to help welcome, inform, and guide new staff.
