Very early on Chuck was called upon in leadership roles and worked to become a school administrator. His first assignment was at North Grade Elementary as Assistant Principal and then Principal of Westward Elementary two years later.more

David Stovall, Ph.D. currently works as a professor of African American Studies and Educational Policy Studies within the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Stovall’s work is grounded in Critical Race Theory and investigates the racial climate within schools and communities.
