2016 Business Plan Competition - Apply by Jan. 31!
Registration is open for the 2016 Business Plan Competition, which offers an opportunity to test business ideas while competing for cash and prizes.
The Business Plan Competition is open to FAU students, faculty and staff who would like to showcase a business plan/idea to a panel of judges. Teams participating in the competition have the opportunity to meet and network with experienced venture capital principals, early stage angel investors, successful entrepreneurs, and senior business leaders who will serve as judges for the competition. The competition provides an unparalleled experience for the participants providing time to interact with the judging panel to receive their valuable feedback. The application deadline is January 31, 2016 at midnight. Initial application screening will take place February 1-15. The top 10 finalists will be announced February 22. Those finalists will make a pitch to their mentors on February 26. The top five finalists will be selected on March 28. The competition for the top five will take place in the College of Business Atrium and BU 120 starting at 10 a.m. For more information or to register visit business.fau.edu/bpc.
