The UMI Spring 2018 Retreat will take place Friday, Feb. 2 through Saturday, Feb. 3. The retreat will Empower, Redefine, and teach our young men ways to become better men of content and character.

UMI kicked off the academic year with its annual UMI event to welcome new men into the program and to give the young men their first lesson in Refinement & Retention Through Relationships.

The mission of the Urban Male Initiative at Florida Atlantic University is to develop and motivate urban male umis, to successfully identify and utilize pathways to a timely graduation and job placement.
