Note: The Scholarship Committee strongly recommends completion of the essay portion of all scholarship applications. The essay is often a significant factor in the selection of scholarship recipients.

Application Process: Scholarship applicants must apply and be admitted as degree seeking students to
Florida Atlantic University before their scholarship application will be reviewed.
Scholarship applications are due March 1st, unless otherwise noted.
Completed application packets are to be submitted to the office of Undergraduate Admissions.


** Students receiving scholarship awards will be notified by mail.

Candidates may apply for more than one scholarship. Please specify each scholarship for which you would like to be considered.

All Academic Team Scholars - minimum 3.0 GPA, must be member of All Academic Team at a Florida community college. Deadline is June 1st.

Brain Bowl - minimum 3.0 GPA, must be student on winning Brain Bowl team. Deadline is June 1st.

Community College Honors Scholarship - minimum 3.5 GPA must be graduate of Honors Program at Florida community college, letter of recommendation from Honors Program advisor.

Community College Scholars Award - minimun 3.5 GPA, letter of recommendation from community college advisor, transfer from Florida community college.

Phi Theta Kappa - must be active member of PTK at Florida community college, minimum 3.5 GPA, personal statement, letter of recommendation from community college advisor.

Depan International Transfer Student Scholarship - transfer student on student or scholar visa, English proficiency, community service, minimum 3.0 GPA.

M. Brenn Green Scholarship - available for limited majors, minimum 3.0 GPA.

Transfer Educational Achievement Award (TEAA) - incoming junior transfer from community college, minimum 3.0 GPA, financial need (FAFSA required). Limited to U.S citizens or permanent resident aliens.
