Accessible Floor Plan Description

Main Stage: Located in the central area of the venue, this is where keynote presentations and major sessions will take place. Accessible via the main entrance.

Breakout Room A: Positioned on the left side of the venue, used for smaller group sessions and workshops. Accessible via the main corridor.

Breakout Room B: Located on the right side of the venue, also used for breakout sessions and specialized presentations. Direct access from the main hallway.

Dining Hall: Situated at the back of the venue, this is where lunch and networking activities will occur. Features accessible seating arrangements.

Lobby: The main entrance area where registration, welcome coffee, and initial networking take place. Contains information desks and accessibility services.

Accessibility Features: All areas are wheelchair accessible with ramps and elevators available. Accessible restrooms are located near the lobby and dining hall. Reserved seating areas are available in all presentation spaces.
