Owls in Service

The Florida Atlantic University Police Department is proud to actively participate in recruiting graduates of Florida Atlantic University following their tenure with us as student employees. Students at Florida Atlantic University have the opportunity to train and work for our Department through our Community Service Officer (CSO) and internship programs. These rigorous and highly competitive programs work together with the University and the Police Department to offer students experience working both in the field and in the Police Department. These programs offer students a chance to take their education from the theoretical to the practical, creating in demand graduates.

Many of our student employees and interns join our department as full-time employees following their graduation from FAU. We are proud of the personnel that we have been able to recruit from these prestigious programs.
