Student Leadership Institutes
The Student Leadership Institutes are day long programs created to enhance your leadership skills. They will prepare you to “Be the Change” for your community or organization. Leadership Institutes are facilitated by faculty, staff and current student leaders who will motivate, challenge and support you in your journey of leadership development.

Mini Leadership Institutes
The Mini-Institutes are a leadership training option developed for the leadership domain of student employee requirements (CORE). The one hour training includes networking and an overview of The Student Leadership Challenge. All material is explained within the context in how student employees can relate their development to their current position. Dates for the institute are below.
This will be a part of the New Student Employees Training on the Boca Raton Campus. Departments may request individualized Mini Leadership Institutes for their student staff. To do so, email Juan Izaguirre at firstname.lastname@example.org

Thurs., Feb. 8 (2-3 p.m.)
Fri., Feb. 9 (9-10 a.m.)
