Benefits Fair & Open Enrollment 2022

Dear Colleagues:

It’s that time of the year again!

The annual FAU and State of Florida Benefits Fair at the FAU Boca campus is on  October 10, 2022, from 9am to 3pm in the Live Oak Pavilion ( located across from Parking Garage I and can also be accessed through the FAU Student Union building). Stop by to speak with representatives/vendors grab goodies, and more!!!

Free Flu Shots will be available and will be administered only to FAU staff, faculty, and state employees with a valid state employment agency ID.

BENEFITS OPEN ENROLLMENT!!!

Open Enrollment for the 2023 plan year begins at 8 a.m. on Monday, October 10, 2022, and ends promptly at 6 p.m. on Friday, October 28, 2022, Eastern time. If you are eligible for benefits through the State Group Insurance Program, this is your once-a-year window to change your benefits outside of a Qualifying Status Change (QSC). Please review your Open Enrollment package as soon as you receive it - packages are being mailed out from the first week of October thru the end of the Open Enrollment period.  Be cautious of phone calls or emails that may ask for your personal information as this may be a scam or phishing attempt.

• You can make changes to your benefits online in   People First .

MAMMOGRAM!!

The Kathryn Krickstein Pressel MAMMO VAN will be onsite at the FAU-Student Loading Dock on the day of the fair. Appointments can be made in person at the Boca Raton Regional Hospital (BRRH) table during the Benefits Fair, online at https://www.brrh.com/mammovan, or by phone 561-955-5438.
