Graduate Recruitment Workshop

The date, time, and location for the 2019 annual Graduate Recruitment workshop will be announced in the near future.

The workshop will present funding opportunities for both the Graduate Recruitment Grant and the Graduate Recruitment Fellowship programs. The Recruitment Grant program allows for funding requests up to $2,500; the Recruitment Fellowship program includes funding for Presidential and Provost Fellowships. These funds will be distributed through a campus-wide coordinated recruitment grant program.

Graduate programs that send at least one representative (at least one must be a faculty member) will be eligible to apply for funding for both programs. These representatives must be actively involved in graduate admissions and recruitment. Interdepartmental degree programs are eligible to participate.

If reasonable accommodation(s) for a disability is required, contact the Graduate College at graduatecollege@fau.edu. Please make your needs known at least five days prior to the event for effective accommodations.

If you are an individual with a disability and need accommodations please register for services with Student Accessibility Services (SAS). Details on how and where to register for services can be found on the SAS website https://www.fau.edu/sas/future/index.php. All students must complete the Application for Support Services and submit with documentation of their disability on the online portal. SAS will process the application and contact the student to schedule an intake interview to discuss their accommodation needs. SAS requires that this information be provided at least two weeks prior to the beginning of your Graduate College Meeting, so that we have sufficient time to set up the accommodations requested.
