FAU Family Engagement hosts a yearly event, celebrating FAU families and the support they offer their students. The purpose of the event is to strengthen the partnership between FAU student families and the university. The event includes opportunities for families to engage with university staff and faculty, and participate in various family-based activities.
Owl Family Weekend will be hosted the weekend of Oct. 2! Highlights of the weekend include the Family Tailgate and the FAU Football game. Be part of the Owl Family Weekend Experience!
The year’s pricing packages are as follows:
Cost per Student, Family, & Child Pass:
Each pass allows entrance to all catered meals and events and includes an official Owl Family Weekend T-shirt. Individuals 13 years of age and up are classified as family members. Children 3-12 years of age are offered entrance at a discounted rate. There is a limit of 2 FAU students, 4 family members, and 2 children per transaction.
For any additional members, please contact the Office of Family Engagement at 561.297.2733 or firstname.lastname@example.org, and staff will assist you in adding more students, family members, or children.

Day 1 - Friday, October 1, 2021: Check-in time and location to be determined.
Day 2 - Saturday, October 2, 2021: Family Tailgate (Campus Recreation Pool) for FAU vs. FIU football game at 3:30 p.m. Ticket to the football game is included in your purchase. Check-in will also be available on this date.
Day 3 - Sunday, October 3, 2021: Housing Tours with Light Lunch & Refreshments (RSVP required - link to be shared mid-September).
General Considerations: When you are ready to purchase your passes, you must have the following information readily available: Student's first and last name, student's Z number (preferred), location of primary campus student attends (Boca, Jupiter, Davie, etc.), and valid email address. You must also purchase your student’s ticket in the same transaction.
Event Refund Policy: No refunds will be given after any purchase. All sales are final rain or shine.
