Requesting COVID-19 Supplies
Below are items that may be requested from Facilities through the work order system.

FAU Faculty / Staff can request/report work to be performed by doing one of the following:
Create or Track Online Work Orders
Once you login into the work order system you will find these SubTypes under the COVID-19 Type:
- Sanitizer 32oz Countertop - Bottle for an office area, please include names of those in the office area that will use the product to prevent requests from being duplicated
- Sanitizer 32oz Refill - Refill request for the above item
- Sanitizer 1 Gallon Countertop - Bottle for an office area, please include names of those in the office area that will use the product to prevent requests from being duplicated
- Sanitizer 1 Gallon Refill - Refill request for the above item
- Surface Wipes - Request for surface/counter wipes in an area, please include names of those in the office area that will use the product to prevent requests from being duplicated
