David D. Bynes

David Bynes serves in The Center for Inclusion, Diversity Education, and Advocacy (IDEAs) and has primary responsibility for diversity, equity, inclusion and social justice education and training. He is a scholar, practitioner, and activist with tremendous passion for economic, environmental, racial and social justice and functions through a lens of spiritual freedom with a heart for people. Additionally, David is currently pursuing his Doctor of Philosophy degree in Curriculum and Instruction within the College of Education and specifically the Department of Curriculum, Culture, and Educational Inquiry though which he plans to shape and deepen the context of his personal mantra – Liberate Minds, Liberate People!.
