Food Supplies:
Any food that is consumed on the premise MUST come from an approved source:

Any food means precooked foods or food/ingredients to be cooked such as fish, poultry, beef, vegetables, etc.

Food that is being served to the public must not be prepared at home.

When using store bought food:

  • n    capable of supporting rapid and progressive growth of infectious or toxicgenic microorganisms
  • n    capable of supporting the slower growth of Clostridium botulinum

Sampling:
Is discouraged, as there is a tendency to use your hands to pick up a particularly juicy piece.
Not everyone is entitled to sample the food, including the food servers. The more people who sample the greater the chance of contamination.
