Deceased Law Enforcement, Correctional, or Correctional Probation Officers Employed by the State or Political Subdivision

Pursuant to Florida Statute 112.191 (3) students whose parent or spouse was a member of law enforcement or
firefighter who died in the line of duty before July 1, 2019 are eligible for a waiver of tuition and associated fees.
