Dr. Aleksey Kolpakov holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational and Social Psychology from London School of Economics and Political Science and a Ph.D. in Public Affairs (Policy Analysis and Public Management) from Indiana university. His research has been published in academic journals such as Public Performance & Management Review, American Review of Public Administration, Public Integrity, International Journal of Public Administration, Journal of Strategic Contracting and Negotiations and Journal of Health Science. He is author of two books and numerous technical and program evaluation reports for federal, state and international agencies such as United Nations Development Program, United Nations Population Fund Agency, International City/County Management Association, Technical Assistance to Countries of Independent States, Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, Eurasia Foundation, Conrad Adenaur Foundation and UK Department for International Development. His major areas of research expertise include: international nonprofit organizations, networks and collaboration in the public and nonprofit sector, managing diversity in the public and nonprofit sector, leadership in the public and nonprofit sector, and knowledge management in the public and nonprofit sector.
