Muscle fibers & CNS (more rapid than metabotropic which muscles need)

Curare causes paralysis (used in past on tips of arrows & darts for hunting)

Metabotropic ACh receptor stimulated by muscarine (found in poison mushroom)

Predominate in the CNS

Atropine-belladonna alkaloids (increase pupil dilation for attractiveness for example)
