Residential Camps

Burrowing Owls

Get a head start on college while networking with peers from around the country! Burrowing Owls will gain valuable knowledge as they develop and/or add to their college application portfolio, explore majors, and experience life as a college student.

Burrowing Owls will reside in the residence hall, attend workshops and visit FAU’s various campuses. Workshop topics may include FAU’s application process, test prep, financial aid and scholarships, student organizations, and student leadership opportunities. These workshops are facilitated by FAU staff, alumni or student leaders.

To provide maximum individual attention and collaborative interaction between students and facilitators, space is limited. Organized social and cultural activities create an authentic experience of life in South Florida and most importantly, life as an FAU Owl !
