The event will be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2009 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on the University Breezeway. Over sixty University and community organizations will have tables along the Breezeway to provide FAU students with a wide variety of wellness opportunities, options, and information.

Last year, students were able to check their skin for sun damage, receive acupuncture and free massages, get blood pressure and cholesterol screenings, learn about ocean safety, Breast Cancer, mental health counseling, fitness, Narcotics Anonymous, HIV testing, and much more.

The theme for the 2008 Wellness Expo is Wellness Makes $en$e – Don’t Foreclose On Your Health! There will be games, prizes, displays, FREE food and TONS of giveaways for students that participate in the event! Based on previous attendance numbers, we anticipate approximately 1,000 individuals to take advantage of this educational opportunity! Tell your friends and family!
