Three high school students from around the world designed this website for others to learn about stress and how laughter can reduce stress. On this website you will find good information, fun and games, and interactivity!
Screening for Mental Health provides the FAU community with a free and anonymous self-assessment program. This program features issues including depression, alcohol, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress, generalized anxiety and eating disorders. The screening provided through this website only takes a few minutes to complete and can offer valuable resources to members of the FAU community.
The mission of Stress Less is to offer the widest selection of high quality stress reduction products and programs for use in coping with the devastating mental, emotional and physical effects of excess stress. Includes an online Stress Test!
